Because of the customized and experiential nature of these services, results may vary from person to person.

2. No Refund Policy

Once a service has been purchased, booked, initiated, or delivered, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

This includes (but is not limited to):

• Change of mind after purchase
• Dissatisfaction with the reading or advice
• Delays caused by incorrect information provided by the client
• Perceived lack of accuracy or expected outcomes

Astrology and psychic services are based on spiritual interpretation and personal belief systems; therefore, guaranteed results are not promised.

3. Eligible Refund Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only in the following rare situations:

• Duplicate payment made for the same service
• Technical error where payment was successful but service could not be delivered
• Service not started due to unavailability from our side and no rescheduling possible
• Any abused if you feel abused by advisor you can write to us , vvippsychis team will review

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are strictly non-refundable:

• Emergency or priority services
• Donation-based or remedial services
• Promotional or discounted offers

5. Appointment Rescheduling

If you are unable to attend a booked session, you may request a one-time reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling is subject to availability.

Missed appointments without prior notice will be treated as completed services and are non-refundable.

6. Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first is a violation of this policy. We reserve the right to suspend future services in such cases.
